摘要
冷镦工艺能够提高材料利用率、生产率以及改善金属零件的机械性能.生产螺栓的主要工艺是冷镦.通过对内六角螺栓冷镦工艺进行分析与研究,利用数学模型及软件AutoCAD进行工艺设计,有效地降低了生产成本,提高了产品的质量.
Cold heading can improve the utilization rate of material, productivity and mechanical properties of metal parts. The major technological process of producing bolt is cold-heading. The technological process of in- ner-hexagon bolt cold-heading was analyzed and designed based on mathematical model and AutoCAD,which lowed the cost of producing bolt, and improved the quality of bolt.
