摘要
DNA的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(PAGE)银染检测技术是分子生物学实验中的一个难点。对点样量、固定时间、显色时间等因素进行了改进和优化,收到了较好的实验效果。
Silver staining for DNA polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis （PAGE） is one important but difficult technique in Molecular Biology. The influencing factors, inculding the quantity of sample application, stationary time, and imaging time, were optimized for the PAGE/silver staining technique. The good experimental results showed that the improved method was feasible and available.
