摘要
在集对分析的基础上针对联系数问题,提出了一种基于偏联系数的决策模型,并通过具体的实例说明该方法简单有效。
Based on the set pair analysis（SPA） of partial connection number this paper presented a decision making model of partial connection number, and an example was given, it was manifested that this method was not only a simple and convenient, but also was an effective method.
