摘要
小麦入磨前水分的测量与着水控制是面粉厂制粉工艺中的重要一环。融合机电一体化技术,设计了一种具有自诊断和自我保护、参数在线智能自整定功能,基于单片机模糊PID算法控制的着水控制装置,用于向小麦加入所需定量的水。样机运行考核表明该着水机满足了控制要求。
The detection and control of wheat moisture before grinding are important links in flour milling technology. In combination with electromechanical integration technology, a moisture control device with the self - diagnostic and self - protective, parameter on - line auto - setting functions was designed based on SCM fuzzy PID algorithm, used for adding water in required quantity to wheat. The operation of a prototype showed that this dampener could fulfill the control requirement.
