摘要
在分析中国核电布局的影响因素及变动趋势的基础上,借鉴柯布-道格拉斯生产函数,构建了中国30个省份核电需求模型。从理论和实证两个维度验证了电力需求、环境保护与电力供给,是影响我国核电布局内陆化的关键性因素。同时,实证结果表明,全国30个省份核电需求量大小存在较大的差异。这种差异为我国内陆核电站的选址与建设时序的确定提供了决策依据。
Based on the analysis of the influencing factors and development trends of nuclear power layout of China, this paper builds a nuclear power demand model for 30 provinces of China by using Cobb-Douglas production function, which theoretically and practically verifies that electricity demand, environment protection and electricity supply are the critical factors that affect the inland layout of nuclear power of our country. In addition, the empirical results show that there are greater differences in quantity demands of nuclear power in ,30 provinces. Such discrepancy provides a decision-making foundation for the site selection of nuclear power station and the time sequence of station construction.
