摘要 建立了面制品中硼砂的高效液相色谱检测方法。样品经甲醇超声波提取,以甲醇-水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,ASB-C18色谱柱分离,二极管阵列检测器检测,检测波长为550nm,外标法定量分析硼砂的含量。该方法硼的线性范围为0.10-0.80μg/mL,最低检出浓度为3μg/L,RSD为1.82%-3.18%,加标平均回收率为90.7%,方法准确可靠,精密度较高。 A quantitative assay for the determination of borax was established by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The samples were separated on a ASB -C18 column using methanol- water as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and with Vis detection at 550 nm. The linear range of the method was 0.10 - 0.80μg/mL, the detection limit was 3 μg/L, RSD was 1.82% -3.18 % and the average recovery was 90.7 %. The method was accurate, sensitive and feasible for analyzing the residues of cereal borax.
