摘要
目的建立超声波震荡法提取茶叶中的六六六,滴滴涕残留的方法。方法采用石油醚∶丙酮(5∶1,体积分数)超声波提取样品,浓硫酸净化,气相色谱法测定。结果采用超声波振荡法替代摇床振荡法提取样品中的六六六和滴滴涕的回收率为75.8%~88.3%;采用国标摇床震荡法和超声波振荡法2种提取方式对茶叶中六六六和滴滴涕残留量测定结果进行相关分析发现,二者呈显著正相关(r=0.963~1.000,P<0.01)。结论该方法达到农药残留检测要求,并缩短提取时间10 min。
[ Objective ] To establish extraction method of BHC and DDT residues in tea by ultrasonic vibration. [ Methods ] Based on the proportion of petroleum ether: acetone ( 5 : 1, volume fraction }, the sample were collected, then purified by concentrated sulfuric acid, and determined by gas chromatography. [ Results ] The recovery of BHC and DDT were between 75.8% ~ 88.3% by ultrasonic vibration instead of shaker vibration. Correlation analysis showed that significant positive correlation existed between 2 extraction methods I r = 0. 963 - 1. 000, P 〈 0. 01 }. [ Conclusion ] The method meets the requirements of pesticide residue determination and shorten the extraction time for l0 min.
