摘要
农业产业化是我国农村经济发展的必然选择,是实现社会主义新农村建设的有效途径。而我国农业产业化进程中存在诸如农业市场主体制度不完善、农业生产经营的市场秩序混乱、农业产业化宏观调控乏力等问题,制约着我国农村社会经济的发展,因此,需要对农业产业化给予制度保障,尤其赋予其经济法保障更为有效。
Industrialization of agriculture in China is the inexorable choice of rural economic development, and is also the effective way to realize construction of a new socialist countryside. However, there exist in agricultural industrialization process some problems, such as imperfect system of agricultural market, disorder in market of agricultural production and operation, and inefficiency in macro control of agricultural industrialization, which have restrained the development of social economy in rural areas. Hence, it is necessary to provide agricultural industrialization with system guarantee, especially economy law＇s support.
