摘要
大学生党员发展工作是高校党建工作的重要组成部分。结合大学生党建的实际工作情况,对大学生党员培养、发展、管理和学生党支部建设等一系列问题进行了探索,在实践中总结出科学制定党员工作的中长期规划;加强党的方针政策宣传力度;完善党员发展程序;加强学生党员的监督和考核制度建设;加强实践锻炼等行之有效的措施,并围绕不断加强学生党建工作,提出了建设性意见。
according to the actual working conditions of the Party＇s construction for university students, this article explored a series of issues, such as cultivating, developing and managing party members of university students as well as the construction of students ＇ party branch. Meanwhile, around the conference spirit of implementing the Party＇s construction of universities and the idea of increasingly enhancing the Party＇s construction, this article put forward some constructive suggestions.
