摘要
执政是政党活动的根本目标,而执政逻辑就是政党执政的内在规定性。在现代政治文明视野下,任何政党要能够合法和有效地执政,必须准确驾驭和把握政党、国家和社会三者关系。文章从增强执政合法性、遵循宪政制度、加强政党自身建设三方面分析了现代社会政党执政的基本逻辑。
Ruling is the fundamental objective of Party activities, while the ruling logic is inner regulation of the Party ruling. In the view of modern political Civilization, any Party must be able to rule legitimately and effectively, and must accurately control and grasp the relations among the party, state and the society. The article has analyzed the basic logic of Party ruling in modern society by means of enhancing ruling legitimacy, following constitutional system and strengthening the self-building of Party.
