摘要
阐述了中国数字地震观测网络项目文件材料的整理归档对于项目建设与管理的重要意义,并从加强制度建设、提高专业技术人员的档案意识、规范文件材料的收集整理以及按系统性、成套性及灵活性的原则合理组卷等四个方面论述了网络项目档案的管理工作。
The significance of document arrangement and filling of China Digital Earthquake Observation Network Project to construction and management of the project is introduced in this paper. In addition, archive management work of network project is also discussed from four aspects, including strengthening system construction, enhancing archive consciousness of technical personnel, standardizing of document collection and arrangement, setting up volumes reasonably according to systematic, set-completing and flexible principle.
