摘要
自动化和智能化数字成像技术现已广泛应用于各个领域中,自动聚焦技术作为其关键技术之一也得到了广泛的关注。聚焦评价函数作为自动聚焦技术的核心,其优劣性直接关系到设备自动聚焦的好坏。在分析了现行的多种主流聚焦评价函数后,文章提出了一种新的聚焦评价函数。实验证明,该种聚焦评价函数不仅能满足聚焦策略的基本要求,而且还具有较高的灵敏度,可广泛应用于显微镜、内窥镜等高精度设备中。
The roboticized and intelligentized digital imaging teconology has applied to each field broadly,so the autofocus technology has got more attention as one of the key technology.As the kernel of autofocus technology,focus evaluation function is relative to the superior of autofocus equipment.After analyzed some focus evaluation functions,this paper brought forward a new one.This function not only satisfied the basic tactics,but also has high sensitivity.It can be used in some high-accuracy equipment,such as microscope,endoscope and so on.
