摘要 目的加强对病理检查各个环节的控制,提高病理诊断的工作质量,实现病理诊断信息的全院共享。方法分析病理检查的整个工作环节,设计相应的软件模块,共完成1个数据库、2个软件11个模块、1个接口程序。结果对影响病理诊断的关键环节,如检查申请、标本管理、报告内容等,通过软件对工作内容及流程进行了有效控制,消除了影响诊断质量的不利因素。通过与HIS、PACS的软件接口,实现病理诊断信息的全院共享。结论通过病理信息系统加强了对病理检查各个环节的控制,提高病理诊断的工作质量。方便信息的查询,提高工作效率。本系统针对本院实际情况设计,对其它医院病理信息系统的建设也具有一定的借鉴意义。 Objective To strengthen the control of pathological examination, improve the the quality of pathological diagnosis, implement information sharing in entire hospital. Methods Analyzed the whole processes of pathological examination, and designed the corresponding modules in software.Results A database.two programs with 11 modules and one interface program were completed. The key nodes of pathological diagnosis,such as the applies of examination.the management for specimens.the content of reports were powerful controled throught softwares.The disadvantage factors affecting pathological diagnosis had been removed. By the interface program with HIS,PACS,the information sharing in entire hospital was achieved. Conclusion The pathology information system was convenient by enhancing the control of pathological examination processes, improving the quality of pathological diagnosis, favoring inquiries of information and improving work efficiency. The system was designed for the actual situation in our hospital, also had the certain reference function to other hospital pathology information system construction.
