摘要
随着大型企业不断解构以及企业间跨流程整合越来越复杂,领导企业平台的地位和作用显得越发重要。本文从生产范式和交易范式两个层面,分析了多边协调功能领导企业平台的动力机制,并以产品内分工视角进行了理论解释,提出了产品内分工—企业间关系结构模型,为分析和总结中国工业园区企业间关系以及领导企业平台模式提供了理论基础。最后,指出了适合我国工业园区领导企业平台的企业间科层和企业间市场两种协调机制。
It is more and more important of the leading company platform along with the large company disintegration and cross-company process integrating. The paper discusses, in two aspects which are production paradigm and transaction paradigm, the reason of the formation of the leading companies which has the multicoordinating function. Based on the explaination from the intra-product specialization, the paper builds a model of the intra-product specialization and intra-firm relational structure, which provides a theoretical basis for analyzing and summarizing the mode of the intra-firm relationship and leading company platform in China＇s industrial park. Finally two coordinating systems, which inter-firm bureaucracy and the inter-firm market, are put forward which suit for leading company platform in China＇s industrial park.
