摘要
工会是企业与职工之间的桥梁和纽带,它的基本职责就是促进企业发展、有效协调劳动关系、维护本企业职工群众的合法权益。本文拟就"职工小家"建设为研究对象,探索与时俱进地深化"职工小家"建设,提升职工工作执行力的途径和方法,推动企业关爱职工,引导职工热爱企业。
The trade union is the bridge and tie between the enterprise and its staff, the basic duty of which is to promote the development of the enterprise and to effectively facilitate the labour relationship and to defend the legal rights and benefits of the staff. This paper aims at researching the construction of the A Home for the Staff and exploring the up - to - date deepening of this policy as well as the means and approaches to improve the executive ability of the staff in order to propel the enterprise to care for the staff and to guide the staff to love the enterprise.
