氯碱含盐污水处理技术开发及应用

摘要 齐鲁分公司氯碱厂所排高含盐污水难以生化处理,是影响齐鲁乙烯污水处理场稳定运行的关键。针对氯碱高盐污水的水质特点,开发出混合絮凝沉降—预氧化—厌氧水解—纯氧曝气—接触氧化组合处理工艺,工业应用后出水COD小于80 mg/L、NH3-N小于10 mg/L,达到山东省2008年排放标准。 The high saliferous sewage drained by Chloro - Alkali Complex of Qilu Branch Company is difficult to be treated by biological treatment method, which is key factor influencing the stable operation of Qilu ethylene sewage treatment field. Aimed at water quality charac- teristic of the high saliferous sewage in Chloro - Alkali complex, developed the assembled sewage treatment process combining with flocculating settling - preoxidation - anaerobic hydrolyza- tion -oxygen aeration -contact oxidation. Industrial application result showed COD content less than 80 mg/L, NH3 - N less than 10 mg/L, which met the 2008 year drainage standard of Shan dong province after adopting the above -mentioned sewage treatment technology.
