摘要
我国"十一五"规划纲要中提出主体功能区的概念,目的是根据不同区域的资源环境承载能力、现有开发密度和发展潜力,统筹谋划未来人口分布、经济布局、国土利用和城镇化格局,逐步形成人口、经济、资源、环境相协调的空间开发格局。我国城镇化已进入加速发展的关键时期,根据每一个区域鲜明的城镇化发展特性,因地制宜地制定城镇化发展战略将成为今后工作的重点。文中通过多维度解析我国东、中、西及东北地区的城镇化发展现状,掌握不同区域城镇化发展特点,并在主体功能引导下提出了我国城镇化可持续发展的政策建议,旨在为我国未来制定城镇化发展战略提供理论参考。
The concept of main function zone was coined in the 11th Five - Year Plan hoping to arrange future population distribution, economical planning, land use and urbanization comprehensively for the purpose of making population, resource and environment developing harmoniously. China＇s urbanization has entered into a crucial phase with rapid speed. It is very important to work out a practical and appropriate strategy of urbanization. The auther analyzed the present situations of urbanization in different parts of China and presented relevant proposals about the sustainable development of urbanization.
