基于形状特征的网格快速自动剖分方法的研究与实现

摘要 网格快速生成方法是CAE分析的瓶颈和难点之一。提出了基于形状特征的全四边形面网格划分方法,将复杂形状划分成若干简单子区域,对各子区域采用"区域划分"方法进行网格划分,根据区域形状特征设计出全四边形网格划分算法,提取参数控制网格质量。以叶片类零件为对象,分析截面形状特点,设计多区域划分网格自动生成算法。经验证,该算法的分网效率高、网格质量好。 The fast-generation of the mesh is one of the bottlenecks for CAE analysis. The method of all-quadrilateral mesh generation based on figure characteristics was presented. In this method, the complicated figure was cut into several simple subareas, and the areas were meshed using the method of "subarea cutting" . The algorithms of all-quadrilateral mesh generation based on figure characteristics were designed. And meanwhile, a parameter to control the quality of the mesh was abstracted. Providing the vane-kind part as an object, after analyzing the characteristics of the sectional figure, the algorithms of automatic multi-area mesh generation were designed. According to the result of the test and validation, the method was showed efficient in mesh speed and quality.
