应用响应曲面法优化紫茎泽兰中黄酮的提取工艺 被引量:3

摘要 目的利用响应曲面法研究从紫茎泽兰中提取黄酮的最佳工艺条件。方法使用单因素实验方法考察乙醇浓度,提取温度,料液比以及提取时间对黄酮得率的影响,使用响应曲面法优化提取工艺。结果最优的工艺条件为:固液比为1∶30(g∶ml),提取时间为2.6 h,乙醇浓度为50%,提取温度为64℃。结论使用响应曲面法能合理的优化紫茎泽兰中黄酮的提取工艺,为紫茎泽兰的综合利用提供参考。 Objective To optimize the extraction condition for Eupatorium adenophorum Spreng by response surface methodology. Methods We adopted the single -factor experimental method to study the influence of mass concentration of ethanol, extraction temperature, solid -liquid ratio and extraction time, and used the response surface methodology to optimize the extraction technique. Results The optimal condition was as follows : the solid to liquid ratio was 1 : 30 (g/ml) , the extraction time was 2.6 hour, the mass contraction of ethanol was 50% and the extraction temperature was 64 degree. Conclusion The experimental method can optimize the technique well and it also provide an appropriate way to synthetically utilize eupatorium adenophorum spreng.
