摘要
积极推进行政改革既是社会发展的客观要求,也是人类促进社会进步的重要方式和手段。目前,我国行政改革的目标是建立服务型政府,而要实现这一目标离不开法律的保障。因此,必须用法律来规制行政改革,推进行政改革的进程,实现行政改革的目标。
The promotion of administration system reform turns out to be the object requirement of social development as well as means of social progress.The goals of administrative reform is to establish a service-oriented government.And to achieve this goal can not be separated from legal protection.h is very necessary and feasible that regulation by the administrative reform by law,pro- motion the process of administrative reform,achieve the goal of administrative reform.
