摘要
推进法治进程,建设法治国家,弘扬法治精神至关重要;法治精神是社会主体对法以及法治的理性认知和价值确信,是法治价值观;它是法律意识、法治观念、法律素质、法律信仰等的集合形态,是法治实践的指导思想和精神源泉,也是尊崇法治和尊重法律权威的一种理性的精神状态。因此,我们应该弘扬以维护法律尊严、保障公民权利、维护社会公正为核心的法治精神。弘扬法治精神,推进法治进程要注重转变法治教育导向,加强社会主义民主政治建设和建立有效的法律监督制约机制和法治良性反馈机制。
In order to promote the rule of law process and construct a country under the rule of law,the formation and initiation of rule of law spirit is immensely important.Rule of law spirit is a social belief and conviction of the value of rule of law.It is a col- lection of law awareness,rule of law notions and juristic belief. It is also a guide and spiritual strength of the rule of law practice, which shows respect for the authority of laws.At present,it is necessary to uphold the authority of laws,guarantee civil rights and maintain social justice so as to initiate rule of law spirit in China. Meanwhile,emphasis should be laid on publicity and education of rule of law.Strengthening the construction of socialist democracy,together with the enforcement of an effective legal supervision mechanism and a healthy feedback mechanism of rule of law is a must to initiate rule of law spirit and also to promote the rule of law practical process in modem China.
