摘要
通过对海南农村地区发展水平、居民点分布特征的综合研究,提出了进行农村居民点体系重构的必要性与紧迫性,按照城乡统筹发展的思路,引导建立具有海南特色的新型农村居民点体系,阐述了相应的引导方式与推进策略,并对现有村庄的建设进行分类指导。
Based on the comprehensive research on the development level of the countryside and the distribution characters of the rural settlements in Hainan, this paper emphasizes the necessity and ur- gency of reconstructing the rural settlement system. From the perspective of urban-rural integration, it argues to establish a new rural settlement system with Hainan characters. Then it explains the guiding meth- ods and strategies to promote it and gives classified suggestions on the construction of the existing villages.
