摘要
作为首任中华职业学校校长,顾树森躬身实践职业教育,矢志职业教育理论探讨,引介西方职业指导,构建中国职业指导理论。他主张职业指导应发端于小学时期的职业陶冶,建议在公共教育机构或学校中设立职业指导组织,积极引入职业心理测验,以期帮助人们更好地选择适合自己的职业。
Gu Shusen was a famous vocational educationist in Modern China.He devoted himself into the works of vocational education,researched the theory of vocational education,introduced western vocational guidance and constructed the theory of Chinese vocational guidance.He proposed that,occupational guidance should begin from occupational edification,the public educational institution and school should design occupational guidance organization and actively introduce mental examination to help people select the most suitable occupations.
