摘要
发展农村微小水电是解决我国山区农村无电、电力供应不足和供电成本高的良好途径,而目前我国农村微小水电的发展不能满足形势发展的需要。本文就我国农村微小水电发展障碍进行分析,探讨农村微小水电快速发展模式,并提出政策建议,发挥农村微小水电在我国农村能源建设中的重要作用。
The development of rural micro and small hydropower is a favorable way to solute the problems of no electricity, power supply shortage and high cost of electricity in the mountains of China＇s rural areas. However, the current development of micro and small hydropower in Chinese rural areas can not meet the needs of the development of the situation. This paper aims at the analysis on the obstacles to explore the rapid development of rural micro and small hydropower, put forward policy recommendations, and make micro and small hydropower play an important role in the energy construction of the rural areas in China.
