摘要
福州马厂社区始建于近代,建筑风格受西方影响,形成了中西合璧的特征。随着福州市城市化进程的加快,马厂社区也面临拆迁和改造的命运,对于此类风格独特且有一定保护价值的街区,文章根据社会经济发展及其自身条件,提出了建筑保护与商业开发相结合的保护开发思路。
Fuzhou Machang district was built in early twentieth century, the architecture style of which is western combined with Chinese characteristics. With the speedy development of urbanization, Machang district will face the destiny of being reconstructed. Guideline for architecture reservation of the distinctive historical buildings and the commercial development of the district based on social economical conditions and Fuzhou local conditions was proposed.
