摘要
为了有效的利用蚕豆种质资源,促进育种工作,本研究对194份甘肃新征集蚕豆种质资源的35个主要性状进行了较为全面的鉴定,分析性状的遗传多样性。结果表明,新征集蚕豆种质资源具有丰富的遗传多样性,质量性状平均多样性指数为0.8018,数量性状平均多样性指数为1.8465,育成品种、国外资源及地方资源都具有较高多样性指数,平均值介于1.8436-1.7585之间。通过多变量的主成分分析,前8个主成分代表了蚕豆形态多样性的80.23%,包含了全部指标的绝大部分信息。
In order to efficiently use faba bean germplasm in breeding program, genetic diversity and main characters were assessed in a collection of 194 new Gansu province faba bean germplasm. The result showed that new collected germplasm resources had high genetic diversity, with a quality diversity index in average of 0.8018 and a quantity diversity index in average of 1.8465. Meanwhile, the improved variety and foreign resource and local germ all had higher diversity index, average ranging from 1.8436 to 1.7585. In PCA analysis, the first eight principal components represented 80.23% of the morphological diversity, contained majority information of all index.
