摘要
铝轧机油烟全油回收装置是针对铝带、箔轧机在轧制过程中产生的含油(轧制油)烟气而研发的一种节能减排装置,该装置不仅可回收轧机油烟中的轧制油,且回收的轧制油和新轧制油品质相同,可返回净油箱中循环使用,目前该装置已在国内多个厂家使用。本文主要介绍江苏常铝铝业有限公司1850mm冷轧机配套的全油回收装置的使用情况,重点介绍为节约能耗,通过生产实践对原设计的有关运行参数进行了调整,及调整后所采用的运行参数和所取得的节能效果。
Full oil recovery device for aluminum rolling mill is a developed energy saving and emission reduction device aiming at recovery the produced oil-contained fume during rolling of aluminum strip and foil rolling mill, this device may not only recovery the rolling oil from rolling mill fume, but the recovered oil has the same quality as new rolling oil and they can be returned to oil clean tank for recycling. At present, this device has been used by several domestic manufacturers. This article mainly introduces the application condition for full oil recovery device completed with Jiansu Alcha Aluminium Co. Ltd. 1850mm cold rolling mill, emphatically introduces that through production practice, the original designed operating parameter have been adjusted and the adjusted operation parameter is used and the energy saving effect is achieved.
