摘要
目的:研究大容量注射剂的无菌保证值的测定。方法:采用微生物限度检查法和无菌检查法。结果:三批无菌保证值均为12。结论:对中间品微生物限度检查很有必要。
Objective： To study the measurement about the sterility assurance level of the large volume parenteral solution. Methods： Adopt the inspection methods of microbe limitation and sterility test. Results： The result of the sterility assurance level is 12. Conclusion：It is necessary to test the microbe limitation of the semi finished articals.
