摘要
运用访谈法、问卷法与测量法,以31个初中班级教师及其所带的1438名学生为研究对象,从个体和教师两个层面探讨了教师期望的影响因素。研究结果表明:初中教师对学生所持的期望在个体层面上会受到学生性别、父母教养方式的影响,在教师层面上会受到教师跟班时间、教师性别、所教科目等的影响,另外,教师期望与学生变量在个体层面上的关系也会受到教师层面的教师变量的影响。
To explore the influential factors of teacher expectations, data was collected by a effective sample of 31 teachers and 1438 students in junior middle school by using interview, questionnaire and statistic, and after that it was analyzed by HLM from individual and teacher level. Results showed that: In individual level, students' gender, the level of their parents had instructed influenced teacher expectations, in class level, teachers' gender and the subject they taught influenced teacher expectations, and the relation between teacher expectations and students' factors would be influenced by teachers' factors. So it was concluded that teacher expectations would be influenced by students' factors, teachers' factors and their interaction.
