摘要
目前,我国矿山(包括金属、非金属矿山)4立方电铲的保有量相当多,电气传动系统大部分仍然是电动机-发电机组供电的直流传动系统,部分矿山企业采用全数字直流调速装置取代传统的发电机组供电,虽然保留了直流传动系统转矩大、反应快、能量节约、噪音减少的优点,但是全数字直流传动系统谐波污染电网,功率因数较低,尤其是在低转速低负载的情况下功率因数极低。文章提出一种交流变频传动设计实现方案,通过分析指明交流传动系统在电铲上应用的关键问题、实现节能合理方案。
In Today's Chinese Mining the shoves of 4 m^3 are the main tools. And the Unit motor generator is its common driver systems so far. Part of mine corporations replaced the Unit motor generator with DC - MASTER full - digital direct current controller to improve performances of diver systems including high pulling torque move faster quiet and energy conservation. But full - digital direct current controller has disadvantages of lower power factor and more harmonics resulting in dirty power especially in low frequency circumstance. The paper propose a practical solution of AC drive systems and point out the key problems for successful application at base of analyzing the characteristics of AC drive systems of 4 m^3 mining shovels.
