Combination of B-flow imaging and spatio-temporal image correlation in prenatal diagnosis of congenital heart diseases

摘要 目的探讨B-flow显像与时间空间相关成像联合诊断胎儿先天性心脏病的临床价值。方法用B-flow显像分别对50例正常胎儿和14例先天性心脏病胎儿进行时间-空间相关成像(STIc)采集,再用表面模式对采集的容积图像进行四维重建。结果50例正常胎儿及14例先天性心脏病胎儿在B-flow显像方式下进行STIC采集,分别成功地采集到63(63/71)、26(26/29)个合格的容积图像,四维重建的容积图像能清楚显示心血管正常或异常的空间位置关系,其中主、肺动脉等大血管的“数字铸型”、三至四条肺静脉同时显示等是二维超声所无法观察到的。结论联合应用B-flow显像与STIC技术采集的胎儿心脏与大血管的容积图像清晰直观,并可获取二维超声心动图所无法提供的某些胎儿心脏解剖及病理特点的信息。 Objective To investigate the value of combination of B-flow imaging and spatio temporal image correlation in prenatal diagnosis of congenital heart diseases. Methods Volume images of 50 normal fetuses and 14 fetuses with congenital heart diseases were recruited in the study. Surface mode was used to reconstruct the volume images. Results Sixty three and twenty six qualified volume images were obtained in 50 normal fetuses and 14 fetuses with congenital heart diseases respectively. All volume images were reconstructed successfully and showed the spaeial relationship of cardiac blood vessel directly. Conclusions The combination of B-flow imaging and spatio-temporal image correlation was feasible and useful in prenatal diagnosis of congenital heart diseases.
