CT间接淋巴造影定位前哨淋巴结
摘要
淋巴结转移情况对指导恶性肿瘤的治疗和评估其预后有重要的临床意义。前哨淋巴结活组织检验能判断早期恶性肿瘤的淋巴结转移情况。目前用于定位前哨淋巴结的方法主要有蓝染料示踪法、放射性同位素示踪法和CT间接淋巴造影法。本文就CT间接淋巴造影定位前哨淋巴结进行综述。
