摘要
目的研究阴茎延长术患者的人格特征、人格类型、手术满意度及三者之间的相关性，从而指导临床实践工作。方法对66例阴茎延长术患者行卡特尔16种人格因素量表（16PF）进行人格评估，术后满意度量表（PSPSQ）为测量术后的满意度。结果收回有效问卷64份。16PF评分结果：恃强性、兴奋性、怀疑性、独立性、内向与外向型因子与中国男性成人常模比较，差异具有临床和统计学意义；术后总体满意度为47．19％（95％CI44．14％～50．24％），不满意度为9．22％（95％CI6．00％～12．44％）；16PF中，忧虑性因子影响术后满意度，决定系数为9．10％；影响不满意度的感情用事性因子，决定系数为6．8％；人格类型聚类分析结果：理智型为37．50％，冒险型为12．50％，躁狂型为17．19％，焦虑型为32．81％；四型之间，术后满意度及不满意度的差异无显著的统计学意义。结论阴茎延长术患者的人格特征与成人常模有明显差异；非人格因素对患者术后满意度或不满意度起决定性作用；患者可以分为理智、冒险、躁狂、焦虑4种人格类型。
Objective To analyze the personality characteristics, styles and the postoperative satisfactory degree of patients with lengthening of penis to direct the clinical practice. Methods The 16PF was adopted to evaluate the personality characteristics of 66 patients with lengthening of penis, and the PSQ was used to invest the postoperative satisfactory degree. Results A total of 64 complete and true questionnaires were recol- lected. The results from 16PF score： the different between the scores of dominance, liveliness, vigilance, selfreliance and the secondary factor extraversion in patients with lengthening of penis compared with those of male adult norm showed clinical and statistical significance. The total postoperative satisfactory degree was 47.19% （95% CI 44.14% - 50.24% ） , and the unsatisfactory degree was 9.22% （95% CI 6.00% - 12.44% ）. The analysis of multiple linear regression expressed that the main impact factor of the postoperative satisfactory degree in 16PF was apprehension whose coefficient of determination was 9.10% ; and the main impact factor of the unsatisfactory degree was tough mindedness whose coefficient of determination was 6.8%. Cluster analytical results of personality style： intellectual type was 37.50% in 64 subjects, adventure type was 12.50% , frenzy type was 17.19%, anxiety type was 32.81% ; The differences between postoperative satisfactory degree and unsatisfactory degree of the four types were no statistically and clinically significant. Conclusion Patients with lengthening of penis have special personality characteristics which are significantly different from those of male adult norm. The main factor which impact the postoperative satisfactory degree and the unsatisfactory degree was-non-personality factors. Patients with lengthening of penis can be divided into 4 typical personality styles： intellectual, adventure, frenzy and anxiety types.
