呼吸病区下呼吸道分离念珠菌的耐药性监测 被引量:5

摘要 近年来,随着免疫抑制剂、抗肿瘤药物、广谱抗生素等的广泛应用,艾滋病的流行及器官移植和肺脏介入治疗的大量开展,真菌感染率呈上升趋势。而在临床深部真菌感染中,念珠菌的感染率一直居高不下,是医院感染的绝对优势菌。为了有效控制真菌感染的发生,我们对2003年1月至2007年12月广州医学院第一附属医院呼吸疾病研究所呼吸病区住院患者下呼吸道分离的499株念珠菌进行分析,现将结果报道如下。
