摘要
以古蔺县乡镇煤矿现状为出发点,针对县域内煤矿发展中的存在问题,从资源划分、开拓开采、生态环境、开采技术、管理等方面进行了较深入分析,并从以上方面提出了相应的改革发展初步对策及建议。
