摘要
本文采用等温管式微分反应器,研究了常压下在铁系无铬(NBC-1)型催化剂上CO变换反应的本征动力学。应用参数估值序贯实验设计的原理优选实验点,用非线性最小二乘法进行幂函数型本征动力学方程的参数估值,获得本征动力学模型。并经F检验,相关指数检验及应用该数学模型进行某厂变换炉催化剂用量的计算,证明了实验数据及数学模型的准确性。
お? The micro kinetics of CO shift reaction on NBC-1 type nonchromium ironbased catalysts at ordinary pressure has been studied by means of an isothermal tubetype differential reactor.After the optimal experimental points are selected according to the principle of the sequential experimental design for parameter estimation and the parameters of the power function type micro kinetics equation are estimated with nonlinear least square method,a model of the micro kinetics is built up.The accuracy of the experimental data and the mathematical model is verified by Ftest,correlation index test and calculation of the quantity of catalysts in a shift furnace of a factory.
