摘要
介绍了ＨＳ－Ｉ型电能表数据分析处理系统的结构及主要性能指标。阐述了在本系统中采用的若干技术。该系统集用电计划、营业管理为一体，实现了用电数据的实时采集，在线抄表和终端管理部门的核算、开票全过程的计算机管理，避免了传统的手工操作带来的错误或其它人为干扰，是一种性能价格比较高的新型智能系统，大大提高了县级电力部门的现代化管理水平。该系统已通过省级鉴定并已投入批量生产。
This article introduces architecture and main featrues of HS Ⅰ electrical power value analyzing and processing system.This system is a real time intelligent system which is composed of the electrical energy value′s treatment,copy on line and terminal mangement calculation,so it can avoid mannual mistakes.In the system,the power plan is associated with sale management. With higher performance and lower cost, this new intelligent system enhances work capability of county power manager.This system had been appraised by Anhui Province Science and Technology Committee and has been put into batch product.
