滨河湿地土壤全氮含量及其与含水率相关性分析 被引量:4

摘要 土壤全氮含量是滨河湿地生态系统中极其重要的生态因子,它显著影响湿地生态系统的生产力,也是引发地表水富营养化的重要因子之一,采用野外实验的方法,对滨河湿地3种植被类型(蔗草、水烛、芦苇)土壤全氮含量及其与土壤含水率之间的相关性进行了分析,结果表明,水烛和蔗草群落土壤全氮垂向上变化不明显,差异性不大,芦苇群落层间差异较大,土壤全氮质量分数随采样深度增加而降低.研究区土壤全氮质量分数为0.01130/0~0.0986%,土壤养分属4—6级之间,利于滨河湿地农业非点源污染“汇”效益的发挥;研究区所取4批土壤样品全氮质量分数和含水率相关性显著,其相关系数分别达到0.935,0.914,0.907,0.903(P〈0.01),说明黄河湿地土壤全氮含量受到土壤水全氮含量的显著影响。 Soil total nitrogen content is an important factor in riparian wetland ecosystem, which obviously affecting the productivity of wetland ecosystem. Also it is one of the important factors leading to surface water eutrophication. The correlation between soil total nitrogen and soil water content of three vegetation types (Typha angustifolia L, Scirpus triqueter L, and Phragmites communis Trin L. ) in riparian wetland is studied by field experiment. The results indicate that soil total nitrogen content of Typha angustifolia L. community and Scirpus triqueter L. community has little variation vertically and little difference, but that of Phragmites communis Trin L. community has large difference. Soil total nitrogen quality fraction decreases as sampling depth increases. It is O. 011 3% -0. 098 6% and soil nutrient is 4 -6 grade, which is beneficial to the "sink" role of agriculture no - point in riparian wetland. The correlation between soil total nitrogen quality fraction and water content of four soil samples in studied area is obvious. Its correlation coefficient is 0. 935, 0. 914, 0. 907 and 0. 903 ( P 〈0.01 ) respectively, which indicates that soil total nitrogen content is affected by soil water nitrogen content obviously in the Yellow River wetland.
