摘要
以江汉大学16名不同专业的大学生为研究对象,采用文献资料法、数理统计法和实验法等多种研究方法,对不同运动负荷的"反应时"和"动作时"进行了实验研究,旨在发现安静状态和不同运动负荷状态下大学生的"反应时"和"动作时"变化规律。结果显示:安静状态和小、中、大3种运动负荷状态对"反应时"影响有显著差异,而对"动作时"的影响无显著差异。3种运动状态的反应时明显小于安静状态的反应时,而且随着运动负荷的提高,"反应时"有逐渐缩短的趋势;但不同运动负荷状态间"反应时"的差异不显著;大负荷状态"反应时"和"动作时"出错次数最多。体育专业学生的"反应时"、"动作时"及"出错次数"均明显比非体育专业学生小。
The main body of the research is the 16 JiangHan different special field students, adopt various research methods such as document data method, statistics method and experiment method, to research the different motion load affects to "reaction time" and "action time". Aim is stating "reaction time" and "action time" changing law in rest state and being unlike motion load. Result is demonstrated: rest state and minor, middle, big three kinds motion load affects "reaction time", but there is no notable difference to the effect "action time". When the reaction being smaller with the rise moving load; Big load state is the most big in "reaction time" and "action time". The "reaction time","action time" and "error times" of sports special field students is smaller than being not sports special field students.
