摘要
通过对电子档案与纸质档案在载体形式、内容属性、保护特点等几方面差异的比较,揭示了电子档案和纸质档案所各自存在的特性及其先进性,明确了档案信息管理需要注意的一些主要问题,并且阐明了电子档案信息现代化的必然趋势。
Aecording to the comparison of electron archives and paper archives in cartier form, content attribute, protec- tion characteristics, this paper states the advantages of these two kinds of archives, points out the problems of archives in- formation management and the necessary tendency of modem electric archives information.
