摘要
微小RNA(miRNA)是一类参与转录后调控的单链非编码小分子RNA,能够调节多种病理生理过程,如干细胞分化、细胞增殖和肿瘤形成,并且某些miRNA与肿瘤干细胞的自我更新和多向分化存在紧密联系。因此,miRNA作为一种新的调控基因表达的小分子RNA,可能成为研究肿瘤干细胞的新途径。
MicroRNA(miRNA) is a kind of short, noncoding RNAs(22 -25nt) that powerfully regulate gene expression at the post-transcriptional level. It was revealed that miRNA regulated various physiological and pathological pathways such as stem cell differentiation, cell proliferation, and tumorigenesis. It has reported that some kinds of miRNA were important regulators in self-renewal and differentiation of tumor stem ceils. Therefore, miRNA as a small molecule RNA which regulating gene expression, could be served as a new way for tumor stem cells' research.
