指出目前小套型住宅逐渐成为市场的主力,其储藏需求并不会减少太多,通过对各功能空间所需储藏功能进行分析,探讨了增加储藏空间的解决措施,从而使住宅设计达到节约面积,提高居住舒适性的目的。
It points out at present,small units of dwelling residence gradually become the main stream of the real estate market.Normally,people s storage need would not be reduced too much.By the analysis of various functions of the storage space required for the functional rooms,this article explored ways of increased storage space,in order that the residential area of designing to be saved,as well as the living cosiness being improved.
