摘要
高等学校体育活动中发生的人身伤害事故严重影响大学生身心健康和学校教育教学活动的开展。目前,我国高校现行与体育活动伤害处理相关法规内容不完善,针对性不够强,一旦发生体育活动伤害事故,往往引起很大的争议。应以完善法规制度、采用投保等方式分担学校风险,保障学生权益,以明确具体赔付标准和范围、加强事后监督机制等为出发点,保障高校体育工作健康开展,推动高等教育的法制化建设。
Institutions of higher learning sports injuries occurring in severely affected the physical and mental health of university students and school education and teaching activities. This article from a legal perspective of the type of college sports injuries and responsibility to define the status quo, analysis of the current college sports injuries to solve the existing problems in a sound regulatory system, insurance and other methods used in schools to share risks, to protect the interests of students and so on with a view to promoting higher education in building the legal system.
