摘要 输入和输出是二语习得中两大基本的语言实践类型,长期以来倍受关注。对输入、输出进行研究的根本目的是为了寻求促进吸收、整合、推动语言能力进一步发展的高效能路径。但是现有输入和输出研究在理论框架上缺乏对二语发展的整体认识,对习得缺乏清晰的、有操作性的界定;在研究框架上往往把两者对立起来分别考察,脱离了语言习得和语言运用的现实;在研究方法上往往采用短期横截式方法,测试工具不尽完善,不能准确捕捉学习者语言能力的发展。只有突破这些亟待改进的问题,输入、输出研究才可能有进一步的发展。 As two basic types of practice in second language acquisition ( SLA), input and output has long attracted research interest. Studies into input and output are targeted at efficient intake, integration and subsequent development of language competence. But without clear and practicable definition of SLA, most of the current studies fail to analyze the two in an overaU process of second language development. Besides, most of the existing studies focus on either input or output. In acquisition and application of language, however, input and output are seldom separate. Furthermore, problems are also found with research methods. Cross-sectional methods, which are commonly adopted, may be inadequate in revealing the development of language competence. Only when breakthroughs are made in these aspects can we move a step further in the exploration into input and output.
