摘要
"构建东部沿海地区先进制造业的重要基地",是国家对海峡西岸经济区提出的一个高标准的要求。本文在深入分析"先进制造业基地"内涵与特征基础上,提出作为海峡西岸经济区主体的福建省,要立足现有制造业基础,发挥后发优势与对台优势,积极对接台湾制造业,通过整合与创新等路径,加快海峡西岸先进制造业基地建设。
Economic zone on the west coast of the straits is highly required to construct the important base of the advanced manufacturing industry in the eastern coastal areas. Based on the in-depth analysis of the connotation and features of ＇the advanced manufacturing base＇, the paper suggests, as the main body of Economic Zone on the West Coast of the Straits, Fujian should make full use of its late-development and comparative advantages based upon the present situation of manufacturing industry, strengthen the connection with Taiwan＇ s manufacturing industry and accept their transfer efficiently, so as to explore the ways, say, integration and innovation, to speed up construction of the advanced manufacturing base on the West Coast of the Straits.
