摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗老年频发室性期前收缩的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将110例本病患者随机分为治疗组60例和对照组50例,对照组予美托洛尔治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加服复律汤。结果:治疗组在临床疗效、心电图和动态心电图疗效等方面比较均优于对照组,且无明显不良反应。结论:中西医结合治疗老年频发室性期前收缩有较好的疗效。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect and safety on senium frequency premature ventricualr contraction treated with the therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine. Method： 110 cases were randomly divided into 60 cases in the treatment group and 50 cases in the control group. Cases in the control group were treated by Metoprolol and cases in the treatment group were treated by Metoprolol and Fulv decoction. Results ： The effects of clinic, ECG and DCG in the treatment group were superior to that in the control group, the therapy used in the treatment group had no obvious side effect. Conclusion ： The therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine had better effect for treating senium frequency premature ventricualr contraction.
