摘要
锦屏一级水电站混凝土所需的粗骨料主要是通过6条带式输送机运输。其中4条为普通带式输送机,2条为管状带式输送机(以下简称管带机)。锦屏工程管带输送机是国内最大的,所使用的D500管径,强度2 500 N/mm2的管带在国内水电工程中是第1次使用。管带的性能及其安装决定骨料输送的成败。对管带机的设计、安装及管带的性能进行了详细的介绍。2009年6月,管带机正式投入运行。
The concrete aggregates for the construction of Jinping I Hydropower Station are mainly conveyed by 6 belt conveyors.induding 4 common ones and 2 tubular belt ones.The tubular belt conveyer used in Jinping project is the largest in China with diameter of 500 mm and strength of 2500 N/mm2 of the tubular belt,and is applied firstly in hydropower project construction in China.The success or failure of aggregate conveyer depends on the performance and installation of the tubular belts.This paper introduces the design and installation of the tubular belt conveyors and the features of tubular belts.In June 2009,the tubular belt conveyors were formally put into operation.
