摘要
节流器直接影响静压及动静压轴承的性能,采用内部节流的轴承相比外部节流不易堵塞,且具有反馈能力,但节流器要占据相当大的面积,造成轴承尺寸增大。为减小传统节流腔的面积,将节流腔改为圆台柱销形式,结构简单,不额外增加轴承尺寸,通过有限元计算得到了该节流方式下动静压径向轴承的静、动态特性系数。
The performances of the hydrostatic bearing and hybrid bearing are influenced directly by the restrictor. The hybrid bearing with inner restrictor is not easy to blockage and has the feedback ability, but the axial length of hybrid bearing compensated with conventional inner restrictor must be increased because of the restrictor pockets. The new structure interior round pin restrictor that can reduce the restrictor pocket area without increasing the bearing size is studied. The static and dynamic characteristics coefficients of the hybrid radial bearing compensated with the new interior round pin restrictor are calculated and analyzed by finite element method.
