摘要
GGH是烟气脱硫系统的重要设备,可以在一定程度上缓解烟囱腐蚀。GGH堵塞是运行中常见的问题,不但增大脱硫系统阻力,增加电耗,而且还威胁机组的安全运行。通过对不同改造方案的分析可以看出,取消GGH虽然能够彻底解决GGH堵塞,并产生一定的经济效益,但改造后系统水耗增加,排烟温度降低,烟囱腐蚀加剧,对于地处缺水、冬季寒冷地区的电厂,必须经过详细的论证,并获得环保部门的批复才可执行。而将GGH换热元件更换为L型大波纹换热元件,GGH堵塞得到了有效控制,同时经济效益可观。
GGH (gas-gas heater) is an important equipment of FGD. GGH blocking is a very common phenomenon, which not only increases the resistance of system, but also affects the regular safe operation of the boiler. Through the comprehensive analysis of different projects, we can know that the GGH blocking can be solved thoroughly by canceling GGH, and create great economic benefit, but increase in water consumption, fall the outlet flue gas temperature of chimney, aggravate the corrosion of chimney resulting from the flue gas. Therefore, the abolition of the GGH must be argued in detail and approved by the environmental protection department when the power plant is located in dry, cold regions. The GGH blocking can be effectively controlled by replacing the heat exchanger components with L-type large corrugated heat exchanger components, at the same time, create greater economic benefit.
