摘要
文章在实地调查的基础上,运用投入产出分析法对定西马铃薯种植及流通的成本收益进行了统计核算,并对农民和流通商的利益分配进行了比较分析。研究结果显示流通商获得了近70%的利润,影响了农民种植马铃薯的积极性和收入的提高。通过研究分析,提出了建立新的信息化平台、引导形成更多的中间商、规范市场行为和建立储藏库等增加农民收入的具体建议。
This paper is based on field survey. It accounts cost-benefit of potato plant and circulation in Dingxi with the theory of input-output method, and analyses benefits distribution between peasants and merchants. The result indicates that merchants get about 70 percent profit which brings harm to planting enthusiasm and increasing income for peasants. According to it, the paper puts forward some measures, founding new information platform, forming more merchants, normalizing market actions and founding storage warehouse to increase peasants income.
